Mary Mogford, of Newcastle, Ontario, is a Corporate Director and a former Ontario Deputy Minister of Finance and Deputy Minister of Natural Resources. She is a director of Nordion Inc., and previously served on the board of Falconbridge, Sears Canada and nine other public companies. A Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), she is an accredited director under the ICD/Rotman School of Business Directors' Education Program. She joined the PCS Inc. board in 2001.
